Sport Physicals
A sports physical is an exam to make sure it is safe for your child to participate in a sport. Most schools and youth leagues require sports physicals before they allow a child to join the team. Make sure to bring the sports physical paperwork to the appointment.

Physical Exams

1 month
2 months
4 months
6 months
9 months
12 months
15 months
18 months
24 months
30 months
3 years + - annually
Children grow and develop rapidly during their first three years, and frequent appointments help your provider track that your child reaches milestones within the average age ranges. Children develop at their own pace. Some children need more or less time than others to learn to walk, talk, and use their fingers for delicate tasks.
If you are concerned about your child’s health or development at any point, you can call and schedule an appointment with us.
